A Playlist for Those Rare Times You Actually Go Outside On Your Own Free Will

Last summer I had blood work done to check my vitamin d3 levels and discovered that I was alarmingly deficient. This deficiency can be attributed to the fact that the time I spent outside for most of my adolescence was limited to the moments I left my house to get into my car, and when I left my car to enter my school/workplace. Then I moved to Toronto, without a car, and could no longer just drive everywhere to avoid confronting nature. I learned to walk and I learned to actually enjoy it. Now that I’m home for the summer and can once again drive everywhere, I’m trying to keep the love for walking alive (and keep my vitamin d3 levels healthy) by exploring my hometown on foot in the evenings. Here are some songs that make up the soundtrack of my sunset strolls.
